NVECTECH LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the NVEC Connect mobile application (“the App”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the App.

- Photos or videos you upload to mark on the map
- Location data (only when using Google Maps function)
- Account and contact data (if you log in or register)
How We Use Information
- To provide connection between the NVEC device and the App
- To display image locations on Google Maps
- To maintain and improve the App performance
- To comply with legal obligations
Data Sharing
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We may share limited data with Google Maps only to provide map functionality.
Children’s Privacy
- The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Data Retention and Deletion
- Users can delete all app data at any time via in-app settings. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

NVEC Connect User Agreement

This agreement is concluded between user and NVECTECH LLC. (hereinafter referred to as "we") in relation to the registration and use of the official client "NVEC Connect" of NVECTECH LLC (this agreement is hereinafter referred to as the "User Agreement").

NVEC Connect would like to remind you to carefully read and fully understand the terms of this agreement, the terms of restricting your rights, the terms of dispute resolution and applicable laws, etc. Such terms will be highlighted in bold form, and you can choose to accept or not this agreement.

If as a person who is no capacity for civil conduct or a person with limited capacity for civil conduct, please inform your guardian or legal representative, and read this agreement and register to use this account with the company and guidance of your guardian or legal representative.

If you have any doubts about the content of this agreement or the prompt information on the page, please do not proceed to the next step. Your registration and use of this account will be deemed that you have fully understand this agreement and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

All mobile client’s users are deemed to have read the terms carefully and fully agreed when they download and browse the NVEC Connect software. Anyone who logs into this APP in any way, or uses the data of this APP directly or indirectly, is deemed to voluntarily accept the relevant statements of this APP and the user service agreement.
The content reproduced by NVEC Connect does not represent the opinions and views of NVEC Connect.
The text, pictures, audio and video materials reproduced by NVEC Connect is provided by the users of this APP, and the information publishers are responsible for their authenticity, accuracy and legality. NVEC Connect does not provide any guarantee or assume any legal responsibility.
If the text, pictures, audio and video materials reprinted by NVEC Connect infringe on the intellectual property rights or other rights of a third party, the responsibility shall be borne by the author or the reprint, and this APP shall not be held responsible.
NVEC Connect does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the an external linkage to be set up for the convenience of users, at the same time, NVEC Connect does not assume any responsibility for the content on any web-page that is not actually controlled by NVEC Connect pointed to by an external link.
The user clearly agrees that the risk of using the NVEC Connect network service will be entirely borne by him/herself; all consequences arising from the use of the NVEC Connect network service will also be borne by him/herself, and NVEC Connect will not bear any responsibility for this.
Except for the terms of service indicated by NVEC Connect, NVEC Connect is not responsible for any accidents, negligence, contract damage, defamation, copyright or other intellectual property infringements and all losses caused by improper use of this APP, nor No legal responsibility is assumed.
NVEC Connect does not assume any responsibility for the interruption of network services or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond the control of NVEC Connect, such as hacker attacks, communication line interruptions, loss or any impact.

Notice: For the issues not covered in this statement, please refer to relevant national laws and regulations. When this statement conflicts with relevant national laws and regulations, the national laws and regulations shall prevail.

The copyright of relevant statements on this website and its right to modify, update and final interpretation belong to NVEC Connect.

User Privacy Agreement

We would like to remind you (users) to read this "User Privacy Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") carefully before using the APP, and make sure that you fully understand the terms of this agreement (especially the bold and underlined parts).

Please read carefully and choose to accept or not for this agreement. Your use and other behaviors will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement, and you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

This agreement stipulates by NVECTECH LLC that the rights and obligations between the user and the user regarding the "NVEC Connect" software service (hereinafter referred to as "service"). This agreement can be updated by NVEC Connect at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are announced, they will replace the original agreement terms without further notice. Users can check the latest version of the agreement terms in this APP. After revising the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the revised terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by NVEC Connect, and the user's continued use of the services provided by NVEC Connect will be deemed to accept the revised agreement.

1. Rules of use

Any content transmitted or published by the user in or through the service does not reflect or represent, nor shall it be deemed to reflect or represent the views, positions or policies of NVEC Connect, or shall not be responsible for this.
Users shall not use the "NVEC Connect" account or this service to conduct the following behaviors：
- Submitting or publishing false information, or stealing other people's avatars or materials, impersonating or using other people's names.
- Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click on linked pages or share information.
- Fabricating facts and concealing the truth in order to mislead and deceive others.
- Using technical means to create false accounts in batches.
- Use the "NVEC Connect" account or this service to engage in any illegal and criminal activities.
- Produce and publish methods and tools related to the above acts, or operate or disseminate such methods and tools, regardless of whether these acts are commercial purposes.
- Other acts that violate laws and regulations, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of "NVEC Connect" or services that are not expressly authorized.
The user shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and validity of the information transmitted by using the "NVEC Connect" account or this service, and any legal responsibility related to the information disseminated by the user shall be borne by the user himself, which has nothing to do with NVEC Connect. If any damage is caused to NVEC Connect or a third party, the user shall make compensation according to law.
The services provided by NVEC Connect may include advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by NVEC Connect and third-party suppliers and partners during use. Except as clearly stipulated by laws and regulations, the user shall be responsible for the transactions carried out in accordance with the advertising information. NVEC Connect shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the user due to the transaction based on the advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertiser.

2. User personal privacy information protection

Protecting user privacy is a basic policy of NVEC Connect that it will not disclose or provide third parties with individual user registration information and non-public content stored in NVEC Connect when users use network services, except in the following cases:
- Obtain the user's explicit authorization in advance.
- According to relevant laws and regulations.
- In accordance with the requirements of relevant government authorities.
- To safeguard the interests of the public.
- To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of NVEC Connect.
When NVEC Connect cooperates with a third party to provide users with relevant network services, if the third party promises to strictly undertake the same responsibility to protect user privacy as NVEC Connect, it is deemed that the customer authorizes NVEC Connect to include relevant information including its personal registration information only to such third parties.
Explanation of Location Information Processing for the Map Image Marking Function
- Collection Scenarios and Content of Location Information
  When you use the Google Maps function of this app, to implement the "image marking and preview" function, we only collect location information in the following specific scenarios:
  When you actively open the Google Maps page within the app and select the "Add Image Mark" function, the system will obtain the shooting location coordinates (latitude and longitude information) contained in the image file you add;
  The aforementioned location information is derived from the geographic tags automatically recorded by your handheld device when the image was taken, rather than the current location of your mobile phone.
- Specific Purposes of Location Information
  The location coordinates associated with the collected images are only used for:
  – Accurately locating and marking the shooting location of the image on Google Maps to generate a corresponding map mark;
  – Supporting you to correctly associate and preview the corresponding image content when you click on the map mark;
  – It will not be used for any purposes unrelated to the image marking function (such as location tracking, behavior analysis, advertising push, etc.).
- Data Sharing and Storage Instructions
  Only to implement the map marking function, the location coordinates associated with the image will be temporarily transmitted to the Google Maps service, and this transmission strictly complies with Google's privacy protection standards;
  The location coordinates and corresponding images are only stored locally on your device and in the app's encrypted server. The retention period is related to your operation of actively deleting the image mark (after you delete the mark, the relevant location data will be deleted immediately);
  We will not sell or share the aforementioned location information with any third parties (except for the Google Maps service, and only when necessary for function implementation).
- Your Control Rights
  You can manage location information in the following ways:
  – Within the app, you can delete app-related images and cache at any time. After deletion, all location information associated with the mark will be permanently cleared;
  – If you refuse to grant "Location Permission" to the app, you can still use all functions of the app except the map page, but you will not be able to obtain real-time location to assist with map marking.

3. User Posted Content Specifications

The content mentioned in this article refers to any content produced, uploaded, copied, published, and disseminated by the user during the process of using the service, including but not limited to account avatar, name, user description and other registration information and authentication materials, or text, voice, pictures, etc. Sending, replying or auto-replying messages and related link pages, videos, graphics, etc., as well as other content generated by using the account or this service.

Users shall not use the "NVEC Connect" account or this service to produce, upload, copy, publish, and disseminate content prohibited by the following laws, regulations, and policies:
- Objecting to the basic principles established by the constitution;
- Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
- Damage to national honor and interests.
- Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
- Undermining the state's religious policy, promoting cults and feudal superstitions.
- Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability.
- Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others.
- Information that contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
Users shall not use the "NVEC Connect" account or this service to produce, upload, copy, publish, and disseminate the following content that interferes with the normal operation of the "service" and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:
- Contains any sexual or sexually suggestive.
- Contains insulting, intimidating, or threatening content.
- Contains harassment, spam, malicious information, deceptive information.
- Involving other people's privacy, personal information or data.
- Infringe on other legal rights such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets.
- Contains other information that interferes with the normal operation of the service and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

4. Penalty rules for breach of contract

If NVEC Connect finds or receives reports from others or complaints that users violate this agreement, NVEC Connect has the right to review and delete relevant content at any time without notice, including but not limited to user information, posting records, and depending on the circumstances. Severe penalties for violating accounts include but are not limited to warnings and account bans.
