NVECTECH Connect User Agreement

This agreement is concluded between user and NVECTECH LLC. (hereinafter referred to as "we") in relation to the registration and use of the official client "NVECTECH connect" of NVECTECH LLC (this agreement is hereinafter referred to as the "User Agreement"). NVECTECH connect would like to remind you to carefully read and fully understand the terms of this agreement, the terms of restricting your rights, the terms of dispute resolution and applicable laws, etc., such terms will remind you to pay attention in bold form, and you can choose to accept or not this agreement. If as a person who is no capacity for civil conduct or a person with limited capacity for civil conduct, please inform your guardian or legal representative, and read this agreement and register to use this account with the company and guidance of your guardian or legal representative. If you have any doubts about the content of this agreement or the prompt information on the page, please do not proceed to the next step. Your registration and use of this account will be deemed that you have fully understand this agreement and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1.All mobile client’s users are deemed to have read the terms carefully and fully agreed when they would download and browse the NVECTECH connect software. Anyone who logs into this APP in any way, or uses the data of this APP directly or indirectly, is deemed to voluntarily accept the relevant statements of this APP and the user service agreement.

2.The content reproduced by NVECTECH Connect that does not represent the opinions and views of NVECTECH connect.

3.The text, pictures, audio and video materials reproduced by NVECTECH Connect is provided by the users of this APP, and the information publishers are responsible for their authenticity, accuracy and legality. NVECTECH Connect does not provide any guarantee or assume any legal responsibility.

4. If the text, pictures, audio and video materials reprinted by NVECTECH Connect infringe on the intellectual property rights or other rights of a third party, the responsibility shall be borne by the author or the reprint, and this APP shall not be held responsible.

5.NVECTECH Connect does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the an external linkage to be set up for the convenience of users, at the same time, NVECTECH Connect does not assume any responsibility for the content on any web-page that is not actually controlled by NVECTECH Connect pointed to by an external link.

6. The user clearly agrees that the risk of using the NVECTECH Connect network service will be entirely borne by him/herself; all consequences arising from the use of the NVECTECH Connect network service will also be borne by him/herself, and NVECTECH Connect will not bear any responsibility for this.

7. Except for the terms of service indicated by NVECTECH Connect, NVECTECH Connect is not responsible for any accidents, negligence, contract damage, defamation, copyright or other intellectual property infringements and all losses caused by improper use of this APP, nor No legal responsibility is assumed.

8. NVECTECH Connect does not assume any responsibility for the interruption of network services or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond the control of NVECTECH Connect, such as hacker attacks, communication line interruptions, loss or any impact.

User Privacy Agreement

We would like to remind you (users) to read this "User Privacy Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") carefully before using the APP, and make sure that you fully understand the terms of this agreement (especially the bold and underlined parts). Please read carefully and choose to accept or not for this agreement. Your use and other behaviors will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement, and you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. This agreement stipulates by NVECTECH LLC that the rights and obligations between the user and the user regarding the "NVECTECH Connect" software service (hereinafter referred to as "service"). This agreement can be updated by NVECTECH Connect at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are announced, they will replace the original agreement terms without further notice,Users can check the latest version of the agreement terms in this APP. After revising the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the revised terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by NVECTECH Connect, and the user's continued use of the services provided by NVECTECH Connect will be deemed to accept the revised agreement.

一. Rules of use

1. Any content transmitted or published by the user in or through the service does not reflect or represent, nor shall it be deemed to reflect or represent the views, positions or policies of NVECTECH Connect, or shall not be responsible for this.

2. Users shall not use the "NVECTECH Connect" account or this service to conduct the following behaviors：

(1) Submitting or publishing false information, or stealing other people's avatars or materials, impersonating or using other people's names.

(2) Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click on linked pages or share information.

(3) Fabricating facts and concealing the truth in order to mislead and deceive others.

(4) Using technical means to create false accounts in batches.

(5) Use the "NVECTECH Connect" account or this service to engage in any illegal and criminal activities;

(6) Produce and publish methods and tools related to the above acts, or operate or disseminate such methods and tools, regardless of whether these acts are commercial purposes;

(7) Other acts that violate laws and regulations, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of "NVECTECH Connect" or services that are not expressly authorized.

3.The user shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and validity of the information transmitted by using the "NVECTECH Connect" account or this service, and any legal responsibility related to the information disseminated by the user shall be borne by the user himself , which has nothing to do with NVECTECH Connect.

If any damage is caused to NVECTECH Connect or a third party, the user shall make compensation according to law.

4. The services provided by NVECTECH Connect may include advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by NVECTECH Connect and third-party suppliers and partners during use. Except as clearly stipulated by laws and regulations, the user shall be responsible for the transactions carried out in accordance with the advertising information.

NVECTECH Connect shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the user due to the transaction based on the advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertiser.

二. User personal privacy information protection

1. Protecting user privacy is a basic policy of NVECTECH Connect that it will not disclose or provide third parties with individual user registration information and non-public content stored in NVECTECH Connect when users use network services, but in the following cases except:

（1）Obtain the user's explicit authorization in advance.

（2）According to relevant laws and regulations.

（3）In accordance with the requirements of relevant government authorities.

（4）To safeguard the interests of the public.

（5）To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of NVECTECH Connect.

2. When NVECTECH Connect cooperates with a third party to provide users with relevant network services, in this case, if the third party promises to strictly undertake the same responsibility to protect user privacy as NVECTECH Connect, it is deemed that the customer authorizes NVECTECH Connect to include relevant information including its personal registration information is only provided to such third parties.

三. User Posted Content Specifications

1. The content mentioned in this article refers to any content produced, uploaded, copied, published, and disseminated by the user during the process of using the service, including but not limited to account avatar, name, user description and other registration information and authentication materials, or text, voice, pictures, etc. Sending, replying or auto-replying messages and related link pages, videos, graphics, etc., as well as other content generated by using the account or this service.

2. Users shall not use the "NVECTECH Connect" account or this service to produce, upload, copy, publish, and disseminate content prohibited by the following laws, regulations, and policies:

(1) Objecting to the basic principles established by the constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

(3) Damage to national honor and interests.

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;

(5) Undermining the state's religious policy, promoting cults and feudal superstitions.

(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability.

(7) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others.

(8) Information that contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

3. Users shall not use the "NVECTECH Connect" account or this service to produce, upload, copy, publish, and disseminate the following content that interferes with the normal operation of the "service" and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:

(1) Contains any sexual or sexually suggestive.

(2) Contains insulting, intimidating, or threatening content.

(3) Contains harassment, spam, malicious information, deceptive information.

(4) Involving other people's privacy, personal information or data.

(5) Infringe on other legal rights such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets.

(6) Contains other information that interferes with the normal operation of the service and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

四. Penalty rules for breach of contract

1. If NVECTECH Connect finds or receives reports from others or complains that users violate this agreement, NVECTECH Connect has the right to review and delete relevant content at any time without notice, including but not limited to user information, posting records, and depending on the circumstances.
