NVECTECH Connect User Agreement

This agreement is concluded between the user and NVEKTECH LLC. (hereinafter - "we") regarding the registration and use of the official client "NVEKTEH connect" LLC "NVEKTEH" (this agreement is hereinafter referred to as the "User Agreement"). NVECTECH connect would like to remind you to carefully read and fully understand the terms of this agreement, the terms of limitation of your rights, the terms of dispute resolution and applicable law, etc., such terms will remind you to pay attention in bold type, and you can accept or not this agreement. If you are an incapacitated person or person with limited legal capacity, please notify your guardian or legal representative, read this agreement, and register to use this account with the Company and under the direction of your guardian or legal representative. If you have any doubts about the content of this agreement or the operational information on the page, do not proceed to the next step. Your registration and use of this account will be deemed to indicate that you fully understand this agreement and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1. All mobile client users are deemed to have read the terms carefully and fully agree to download and view the NVECTECH connect software. Anyone who enters this PROGRAM in any way or uses the data of this PROGRAM directly or indirectly is deemed to voluntarily accept the relevant provisions of this PROGRAM and the service agreement.

2. Content reproduced by NVECTECH Connect which does not reflect the opinions and views of NVECTECH connect.

3. The text, images, audio and video materials reproduced by NVECTECH Connect are provided by the users of this APPLICATION, and the publishers of the information are responsible for their reliability, accuracy and legality. NVECTECH Connect makes no guarantees and assumes no legal liability.

4. If the text, images, audio and video materials reprinted by NVECTECH Connect violate the intellectual property rights or other rights of a third party, the author or reprint is responsible and this APPENDIX is not responsible.

5. NVECTECH Connect does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of an external link that will be set up as a convenience to users, and NVECTECH Connect assumes no responsibility for the content of any web page not actually operated by NVECTECH Connect to which an external link points.

6. The user expressly agrees that the risk of using the NVECTECH Connect network service is entirely borne by the user; all consequences related to the use of NVECTECH Connect network service are also borne by him/her and NVECTECH Connect shall not be held responsible for the same.

7. Except for the terms of service specified by NVECTECH Connect, NVECTECH Connect shall not be liable for any accidents, negligence, breach of contract, defamation, infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights, and all damages arising from the improper use of this APP, nor shall legal responsibility. it is assumed.

8. NVECTECH Connect shall not be liable in any way for network service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or causes beyond NVECTECH Connect's control, such as hacking attacks, communication line interruptions, loss or any impact.

The copyright of the relevant statements on this website and its right to change, update and final interpretation belong to NVECTECH Connect.

User Privacy Agreement

We would like to remind you (users) to carefully read this "User Privacy Agreement" (the "Agreement") before using the APP and make sure you fully understand the terms of this agreement ( especially bold and underlined parts). Please read carefully and choose whether or not to accept this agreement. Your use and other conduct will be deemed acceptance of this agreement and you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. This agreement defines the rights and obligations of "NVEKTEH" LLC between the user and the user regarding the "NVEKTEH Connect" software service (hereinafter "the service"). This Agreement may be updated by NVECTECH Connect at any time. Once the updated terms of the agreement are announced, they will replace the original terms terms of the agreement without further notice. Users will be able to check the latest version of the terms of the agreement in this APPENDIX. After reviewing the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the revised terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by NVECTECH Connect, and the user's continued use of the services provided by NVECTECH Connect will be deemed to accept the revised agreement.

Terms of use

1. Any content transmitted or posted by a user on or through the Service does not reflect or represent the views, positions or policies of NVECTECH Connect, and is not responsible for the same.

2. Users must not use the "NVECTECH Connect" account or this service to:

1. Submitting or publishing false information or stealing other people's avatars or materials, impersonating or using the names of other people.
2. Forcing or encouraging other users to follow, click on linked pages or share information.
3. Inventing facts and concealing the truth in order to mislead and deceive others.
4. Using technical means to mass create fake accounts.
5. Use NVECTECH Connect account or this service to engage in any illegal or criminal activity;
6. Produce and publish methods and tools related to the above activities, or use or distribute such methods and tools, regardless of whether these activities are for commercial purposes;
7. Other actions that violate laws and regulations, encroach on the legal rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of "NVECTECH Connect" or services that are clearly not authorized.

3. The user is solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy and validity of the information transmitted through the "NVECTECH Connect" account or this service, and any legal liability related to the information shared by the user. borne by the user himself, which has nothing to do with NVECTECH Connect.

If any damage is caused to NVECTECH Connect or a third party, the user is obliged to compensate according to the law.

4. The services provided by NVECTECH Connect may include advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by NVECTECH Connect and third-party vendors and partners during use. With the exception of cases clearly provided by laws and regulations, the user is responsible for operations carried out in accordance with advertising information.

NVECTECH Connect shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the user due to a transaction based on advertising information or content provided by the above advertiser.

Protection of users' personal information

1. Protecting the privacy of users is the main policy of NVECTECH Connect, according to which it will not disclose or provide to third parties individual user registration information and non-public content stored in NVECTECH Connect when users use network services, but in the following cases, with the exception of:

1. Obtain explicit permission from the user beforehand.
2. According to relevant laws and regulations.
3. According to the requirements of the relevant state bodies.
4. Protect the interests of the public.
5. To protect the legal rights and interests of NVECTECH Connect.

2. When NVECTECH Connect cooperates with a third party to provide users with relevant network services, in this case, if the third party promises to strictly undertake the same responsibility for protecting the privacy of users as NVECTECH Connect, the customer is deemed to authorize NVECTECH Connect to include the relevant information, including your personal registration information, is provided only to such third parties.

User Posted Content Specifications

1. 3. Users are prohibited from using the "NVECTECH Connect" account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish and distribute the following content that interferes with the normal operation of the "service" and violates the legal rights and interests of other users or third parties:

1. Contains any material of a sexual or sexual nature.
2. Contains offensive, threatening or threatening content.
3. Contains harassment, spam, harmful information, misleading information.
4. Involving other people's privacy, personal information or data.
5. Violate other legal rights, such as rights of reputation, rights of likeness, rights of intellectual property and trade secrets.

Penalty rules for breach of contract terms

1. If NVECTECH Connect finds or receives communications from others or complains that users are violating this agreement, NVECTECH Connect has the right to review and remove such content at any time without notice, including but not limited to user information, posting records and depending on the circumstances. Severe and severe penalties for account violations include, but are not limited to, warnings and account suspensions.
