Delivery Information
- You can place an order as follows:
- Directly on the website: choose the necessary product and send us the order. When we receive it, we will contact you to clarify it.
- Phone orders are accepted Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- If the order is placed outside of business hours or on weekends, we will process it on the next business day.
- Product delivery:
- Delivery time is from 1 to 3 days (depending on the availability of the product in stock).
- The delivery time and date by courier to the specified address are agreed upon.
- Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta (www.novaposhta.ua) and Ukrposhta services.

- The delivery terms on the website are presented for informational purposes and are indicative in nature. They are determined based on the order being processed at the current time. Actual delivery times are calculated at the time of order processing and agreed with the manager.
- When ordering delivery via courier services, be sure to check the presence of all the goods in the order, as well as its appearance, upon receipt.
