The company carries out the return and exchange of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights."
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.
Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
Rules for return/exchange of goods: In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", there are two cases when the Buyer can return the purchased goods to the store:
1) product is defective:
- the product is defective and was under repair, but after repair the same defect reappears for reasons beyond the control of the consumer;
- the product is defective and one of the following facts is present: the service center cannot fix it at all; the service center cannot eliminate the defect within 14 days; after repair, the product becomes significantly different, ceases to perform any functions.
2) didn't like the product:
The product is new (perfect condition, all protective films, packaging, documents are preserved) and no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, not counting the day of purchase.
Product return/exchange procedure:
1. You come to our store. If it is necessary to check the quality of the goods, it is possible to conduct an examination, during which the fact of compliance with the operating conditions is established. The maximum term for checking the quality of goods is 14 days in accordance with paragraph 6 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights." When making a return/exchange, you must have with you: the product (and its entire package).
2. You send the goods (in proper form and fully completed, as at the time of sale) by Nova Poshta. The buyer covers the shipping cost. After sending the goods, inform the manager of the consignment note number. Once we receive the goods and inspect it, the money for the goods will be returned to the buyer's card.
Settlements with the buyer are made within 14 days from the date of return, based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase. Refunds are made in accordance with the Rules for the sale of goods on order and outside retail or office premises, approved by order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine dated April 19, 2007 No. 103.
According to the Law "Consumer Protection", the company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current The list of non-food products of good quality, not subject to return and exchange.
Order payment methods
1. Payment to Privat Bank card
Payment to the Privat Bank card is made after the order is agreed with the manager. The manager will send an SMS with the card number for payment. After payment, you need to confirm it with a call.
2. Cash on delivery
Sending an order by cash on delivery is possible if the value of the goods is over 1000 hryvnia and the insurance payment is 80-100 UAH.
(When sending, this amount is deducted from the order amount. Take into account the commission of Nova Poshta when sending cash on delivery: 20 UAH + 2% of the order value).
